Emeritus Professor Wayne Robinson: Honorary Chair of CABF 

 

Wayne Robinson is a Professor Emeritus of Federation University, where he served as Deputy Vice Chancellor (Academic and Research) from 2001 until he retired in 2010. Before venturing into university management, Wayne held a professorial appointment and was Head of Veterinary Pathology at the University of Queensland. In June 2010 Wayne accepted the position of Chair of the Academic Board at the Melbourne Institute of Technology and in late 2017 he was appointed Chair of the Board of Directors. Wayne has a broad interest in the development of teaching and research in the private higher education sector and he has pursued these challenges through his leadership of the Chairs of Academic Boards Forum (CABF)  from 2012 until August 2017. In appreciation of his outstanding contributions in academic affairs for universities and the private higher education sector, we present this certificate of appointment as Honorary Chair of CABF to Wayne Robinson.
